Hari kedua berjalan seperti biasa namun lebih sibuk pada waktu lunch.
Wesak Day, memang penuh.
Seorang budak baru masuk, dia pun macam saya, kena explain macam2 dengan manager sebelum mula kerja.
saya perhatikan pada mulanya, sebelum dia join crew saya.

Nama dia, Nisa. Student INTI kos food science. memang ini bidang dia.
Banyak juga bercerita, yang saya tahu dia ada pasang niat nak kerja di Zoo.
akan quit dalam bulan Julai sebab ada trip ke Sarawak.
Ada juga yang rajin menegur,
Student asasi UM, ex-student Mozec.

Manager pun ada tanya 5 golden points yang mesti dihafal oleh semua staf.
Sebenarnya saya ada salin tapi masa nak balik tertinggal jadi hari kedua manager terus tanya saya mana saya letak kertas tu. saya pun cakap dengan penuh kejujuran "Tertinggal"
Manager tu uji saya kalau2 saya ingat 5 golden points tu.
Jangan nak test saya sangat lah kan, saya memang mudah nak hafal ape2 pun. (mood : kekwat)
Hasilnya? Dipuji oleh manager.
katanya, "you're good. you can remember everything within one day. this is really good. keep remember the points and don't forget to apply them. i'll ask again whenever i like."
hahahahahaha

5 golden points.

1. Greeting : Sincere smile, eye contact, organize table for the customer etc.
2. Suggestive Selling : Suggest balance food for customer eg : meat, vege, desserts, promotional items etc.
3. Business Like : Neat and tidy, polite to the customers, well behave in front of customers etc.
4. Check Back : Ask for customers feed back on our food eg : "Hows your meal sir?"
5. Complimentary Closing : Thank the customer for giving business to us eg : "Thank you sir, please come again."

Meh la datang ramai2 ke restoran nihh :)
